Max-out my retirement fund

If I want to max-out my retirement this year, I still have to save $3643.00 this year.
Arrrrgh

That's $520.00 every month. I can do it, but I also would like to be able to put money on my condo fund every month.

So I need to make an extra $200.00 a month.

I will ask for a raise soon, but I'm really not sure to get it. I can also make small assignments like surveying people like I did last weekend or mystery shopping.

I need to think about that...
